Welcome to my page. I am currently a lecturer in the Faculty of Information Technology at Multimedia University. I received my Ph.D. degree from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering in Nagoya Institute of Technology, Japan, and both my M.IT. and B.Sc. degrees from the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Malaysia.

Research Interest

My current research area spans peer-to-peer (P2P) networks and Distributed Systems. I am interested in algorithm design and performance modeling of various distributed systems based on a variety of theories, including optimization, graph theory, and network coding. I am also interested in extensive measurement and statistical study of large-scale Internet systems, to explore problems and derive insights towards their improvement.
