Useful Resources
LISP
I'm not a big fan of LISP. But I think there're many out there. A quick search in Google should give you numerous sites on LISP tutorials and references. Here's a few sites which I think...should be sufficient to build a solid understanding of LISP. That's all? As I said, I'm not a big fan of LISP. :)
- An Introduction and Tutorial for Common LISP
Marty Hall is really a nice guy. Check out his gigantic list of resources and references on Common LISP alone. You could spend hours on this site! - LISP Primer - Colin Allen and Maneesh Dhagat

Good old FAQs are always useful. Some say people today have been too pampered with the luxury of ANSWERS, that no one bothers to ASK anymore. - CMU Common Lisp Repository
CMU's ever-complete AI repository has a section dedicated just for LISP. Check out the code section, lots of reusables. - Allegro Common Lisp for Windows (Student Edition)
The popular commercial Allegro Common Lisp for Windows. Free evaluation copy is downloadable but with a life span of 30 days. After which, you'll be continuously bugged every month to do the necessary renewal. - LispWorks
Just in case you hate renewing your Allegro license. - Lecture notes, handouts and some exercises from Marty Hall's AI Programming class
Some extra notes and exercises. Don't go looking for assignment solutions. You won't find any there.
